Submissions must be received by January 15, 2011 along with a completed submission form to be considered for inclusion by our guest panel of professionals from both Quincy & Springfield’s Young Professional organizations. Panel members have backgrounds in: Art, Broadcast, Audio Production and Film. There is no fee to enter a film in this event.
